What is Redefining with Jesus, and who is the founder ?
Hi, Friend — and Welcome to Redefining with Jesus!
My name is Jen Vega. I’m a daughter, a wife, and mama to four beautiful children. Most importantly, I’m a woman who is being transformed daily by the love and truth of Jesus Christ.
You might be wondering, “What exactly is Redefining with Jesus?”
I’m so glad you asked.
The world is loud — full of opinions, definitions, and expectations that try to shape who we are and how we see ourselves.
Over time, these voices can distort our understanding of love, freedom, purpose, and identity.
But Jesus offers a better way. A truer way.
His voice speaks healing, hope, and life.
Redefining with Jesus is my personal journey — learning to see everything through His lens, allowing Him to redefine me into who He created me to be, one day at a time. It’s a journey of surrender, of trusting His heart, and of walking closely with Him — through the highs, the valleys, and every ordinary moment in between.
The Journey and the Call
What began as a deeply personal transformation has grown into a calling I couldn’t keep to myself. Since 2021, I’ve felt the Lord stirring in my heart to share this journey — however He leads.
That calling has taken shape through small groups for women and young girls, Bible studies, serving in my local church, and eventually the launch of Redefining with Jesus as a small business in April 2022 — an overflow of the ministry He’s entrusted to me.
Our Mission
His mission is our mission.
Our heart is simple: we long to partner with Jesus in your life by creating Holy Spirit-led tools and resources that inspire, encourage, and point you back to Him — every single time.
Whether it’s through journals, Bible study tools, or simple reminders of God’s promises, our prayer is that you’ll be drawn deeper into His Word and into intimacy with Him.
One of my Bible college deans once said something I’ll never forget:
“The fruit is not just for you — it’s through you. Does an apple tree eat its own apple?”
That truth has stayed with me. Everything Jesus does in me, I want Him to do through me — all for His glory.
So again, welcome, friend.
Welcome to this journey of rediscovering who you are in the light of all that He is.
One prayer, one verse, one highlight, one sticky note at a time — we’ll walk this out together.

A Call to Bring the Good News to the humble and afflicted.....
I hear Him say: Beauty for Ashes
Exaltation of the Afflicted
"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me,
Because the Lord has anointed and commissioned me
To bring good news to the humble and afflicted;
He has sent me to bind up [the wounds of] the brokenhearted,
To proclaim release [from confinement and condemnation] to the [physical and spiritual] captives

To proclaim the favorable year of the Lord,
And the day of vengeance and retribution of our God,
To comfort all who mourn,
To grant to those who mourn in Zion the following:
