What is Redefining with Jesus, and who is the founder ?
Hi, Friend — and Welcome to Redefining with Jesus!
My name is Jen Vega. I'm a daughter, wife, and mama to four beautiful children. More importantly, I'm a woman being transformed daily by the love and truth of Jesus Christ.
You might be wondering, “What exactly is Redefining with Jesus?”
I’m so glad you asked.
The world can be loud — full of opinions, definitions, and expectations that shape how we see ourselves and others. Over time, these influences can distort our understanding of love, freedom, purpose, identity… you name it. But Jesus offers a different view — one rooted in truth, healing, and hope. His perspective is the one I desire, not just for myself, but for you too.
Redefining with Jesus is the story of my personal journey — learning to see life through the lens of Christ, allowing Him to redefine me into who He created me to be, one day at a time. It’s about surrendering, trusting, and walking closely with Him — through the highs, lows, and every ordinary moment in between.
The Journey and the Call:
What began as a private transformation became a public calling. Since 2021, I’ve felt the Lord stirring in my heart to share this journey — however He leads. This has taken shape through small groups for women and young girls, Bible studies, service in my local church, and eventually, the launch of Redefining with Jesus as a small business in April 2022 — an overflow of the ministry I’ve been entrusted to steward.
Our mission is simple: His mission is our mission.
We long to partner with Jesus in your life by creating Holy Spirit-led tools and resources that inspire, encourage, and point you back to Him — always. Whether it's through journaling, Bible study tools, or simple reminders of God’s promises, we pray you’re drawn into deeper intimacy with Him and His Word.
One of my Bible college deans once said, “The fruit is not just for you — it’s through you. Does an apple tree eat its own apple?” That truth has stayed with me. My desire is that everything Jesus does in me becomes something He can do through me — all for His glory.
So again, welcome, friend.
Welcome to the journey of redefining who you are — in light of all that He is.

A Call to Bring the Good News to the humble and afflicted.....
I hear Him say: Beauty for Ashes
Exaltation of the Afflicted
"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me,
Because the Lord has anointed and commissioned me
To bring good news to the humble and afflicted;
He has sent me to bind up [the wounds of] the brokenhearted,
To proclaim release [from confinement and condemnation] to the [physical and spiritual] captives
And freedom to prisoners,
To proclaim the favorable year of the Lord,
And the day of vengeance and retribution of our God,
To comfort all who mourn,
To grant to those who mourn in Zion the following:
